LeNard Pope, Sr.

Pastor LeNard Pope is a dedicated husband, father of 4, and proud grandfather of 7. A 5-year resident of North

Randall, he brings 18 years of professional engineering experience and a lifetime of service, leadership, and

faith-based advocacy to the table.

An active and engaged community leader, Pastor Pope is the Founder of Man Talk Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit

organization focused on men's empowerment and personal development. His commitment to uplifting others

extends to his work as Executive Director of Pathway Beyond the Wall, a faith-based reentry initiative

helping individuals transition successfully back into the community after incarceration.

Pastor Pope teaches weekly Bible Study at the Northeast Reintegration Center and leads roundtable discussions and educational programs for men of all backgrounds. He is currently working to establish Transitional Housing for returning citizens, reinforcing his commitment to restorative justice and economic development.
